Hi I have a lovely thrree bed in cambridge. It has right to buy in a very sought after area of cambridge....NON estate, only three of these houses are council. The house opposite has just sold for 280,000 so a good investment down the line. Newly decorated throughout and 2 and a half thousand pounds worth of laminate throughout.
100 ft garden with room to extend like all the neighbours have. It has a dining room and kitchen and living room down stairs. There is a outhouse joined to the house which houses the boiler and washing machine.
Front of the house has room for two cars. The house is opposite one of the best nurserys in cambridge, up the road from the private schools (the perse school cambs) and very very excellent primary school round the corner is a lovely small school.
Were 3 mins from addenbrookes hospital, very quiet area, all neighbours are lovely. Most people are out all day working. Non smoking household.
Rent is approx 75 a week.
large garden shed at the bottom of the garden also....garden is enclosed. And not overlooked at the bottom, as there are allotments.....a few of the neigbours have plots over there.
were a very high income area.

Hi there thought it would be worth a try, would you be interested in a 3 bed EOT (flatroof) in a lovely quiet rural village called Silver End in Essex (CM8).

Would you be able to tell us where abouts in Cambridgeshire you are?

Hope to hear from you, thanks.
