Good sized 3 bed semi in sought after area of Cheltenham(St Marks), new kitchen and bathroom . Some decorating needed. Was built in the 1930s so lots of character. Enclosed front and rear garden and drive way. Access to back of house down the side. Patio door to garden from kitchen and seperate dining room. Downstairs wc upstairs bathroom. GCH and RTB.Leaded light double glazing.
Need a one or two bed property with own garden and driveway in Worcester, prefer St Johns/Dines Green or anywhere that side of the river.
