i've got a three bedroom first floor flat in harold hill with balcony, close to shops doctors dentist schools and public transport. very nice area nice neighbours etc nice green out the back and parks and large swimming pool close by.
im looking for a similar property in havering or thurrock would like to go to rainham, hornchurch, elmpark or ockendon but i will consider any where in these boroughs.
living room - 13ft 2inches / 11ft 10inches
hallway - 13ft 2 inches / different withs
kitchen - 8ft 11 inches / 9ft 7 inches
bedroom 1 - 11ft 6 inches / 11ft 9 inches (walldrobes included if wanted)
bedroom 2 - 9ft 7 inches / 8ft 3 inches (large cupboard i use as a walldrobe)
bedroom 3 - 12ft 10 inches / 9ft (waldrobe included if wanted and also has a large cupboard space)
toilet room - 6ft5 / 2ft 4 inches
bathroom - 6ft 6 inches wall to wall
balcony - 10ft 5 inches / 5ft 4 inches
