Hi i have a large townhouse in hastings east sussex.The house is on 3 floors and has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single.We has double glazing and gas central heating.The kitchen is modern and has just had a new floor laid.On the ground floor is the kitchen,wc,walk in cupboard and front room.The front room has a door leading out on to decking and steps up to a balcony style garden.On the first floor is the airing cupboard,a double bedroom and a single bedroom.First floor landing is a reasonable size.On the top floor is another walk in cupboard and 2 double bedrooms.The bedrooms on the top floor were once one giant bedroom and 1 of them has no window,the wall can be removed if need be.The garden out the back runs down the side of the house is huge there is a gravel pathway and a lawn.The front garden is also large they both perfect for garden lovers!!We are a 5 minuite walk away from the town centre ,the beach , the docs ,dentists and schools. Also close to the local swimming pool,woods,museum,clambers,falaise gym,the white rock theartre and bowling greens.
We would like to move to eastbourne,lewis,haywards heath areas to be closer to family and my husbands place of work if your intersted please get in touch. |
