|
|
We would LOVE to move to the butts area...
We have a 2 bed ground floor flat in Park Hall, VERY nice area, a WS5 area. Near schools, parks, shops, bus routes AND the motor way.
The neighbors are lovely, the garden is very well looked after and lovely too (We are the only ones that use it as the others hardly do- for some weird reason!)
Therfore really we have more access to it and as we are situated in the back of the building we have a lot more privacy too.
There's a decent size kitchen, you can fit a dining room table in it AND about 4/5 people too!
Good bathroom, living room, 2 bedrooms, a storage cupboard inside the flat and a shared one in the hallway and finally an extra little room that we are using as a computer room (Although we have 2 big computer desks and a big filing cabinet too with all more room)
We have only just decorated the place too. The whole building is double glazed and CH. There are only 12 flats in this block and everyone is quiet and peaceful.
The only reason we want to move is because our family is growing! Other than that we LOVE the location here, the people, the flat, everything really apart from the size:(
Pierra and Zane. Cheers
