i have a large end terraced house with a large garden.Iam lookig for an exchange to Blackpool i am wanting a change of scenery.
The neighbourhood is very quiet.
The kitchen has just been fitted with new units ,it has gas central heating and double glazing.The bedrooms i would say are 2 double and a single.The living room is very spacious i can get a 3 and a 2 seater settee and a chair with a 6 seater glass dining table and still plenty of room.
local amentities are only 10 mins away morrison,kwik save,doctors,dentists,library,parks,public swimming pool and gym,primary and secondary schools are close by.The buses run every 10 mins to the town centre.
