hi, i have a 3 bed semi detached house on newtown council estate in wednesbury. It is nr Mesty Croft.It has a bay window, own fireplace, own kitchen and is laminated in parts. The bedrooms are of an average size apart from the last bedroom which is like a box room. It has a large rear garden and a small front garden. The livingroom is quite large, and the kitchen is a decent size to. The bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen. Sandwell homes are due to refurbish bathrooms & kitchens in 2009/10 in this area. It is near 2 primary schools, Mesty Croft Primary & Tameside Primary...5 min walk...it is also near Wodensborough High school 10 mins walk away. Wednesbury town centre is 15-20 min walk away from here, whereby there is a library & leisure centre & lidl is very close.
