What I Have To Offer : 3 Bedroom property in Liphook Hampshire GU30 7UP. 3 Great sized bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen. 2 Allocated parking spaces in a sought after village location. Close to, station, schools and surgerys.

What I'm Looking For : 2 Bedroom Property with a garden. No Flats or big estates please. I am looking for anything in and aound the areas of haslemere, godalming, Midhurst we would also consider chichester!All places around these areas considered.

we have a large two bed house in guildford surrey. 3 miles from town. regular buses to town centre and train station. good schools within easy walking distance, as well as health centre and budgens.
we are classed as semi-rural. there is a large national trust common/heathland 1 mile round the corner.
the house benefits from two large double bedrooms (15.5ft x 9.5ft and 15.5ft x 10.5ft), family bathroom (upstairs), downstairs wc, large living room (15.5ft x 15.5ft) with patio doors leading to the garden (39ft)
