3 bed in bristol for 3 bed devon

hi,

i have a 3 bed in bristol, its 15 mins from the city cente and the airport in the opposite direction. We have 2 primary schools and a high school within 5 mins walk, the high school and one of th primary schools are being new buildings built at the moment and should be ready by xmas this year. We are 5 mins walk from the docs, bus routes, iceland, morrisons, library, post office and garage. The neighbours are really friendly and it is a quiet area for an estate.
About our house we have a large enclosed garden - 30ft x 40ft approx (tape measure is not long enough to measure properly)
Frontroom - 13ft x 11 ft - recently decorated and brand new carpet fitted
hallway - 11 ft x 2 ft - this has also been redecorated and new carpet fitted ( the landing and stairs included)
Kitchen - 9ft x 19ft
Bedroom 1 - 9ft x 11ft
bedroom 2 - 8ft x 11ft
bedroom 3 8ft x 8ft
bathroom - 9ft x 7ft.

We would consider any area in devon as we would like to closer to our family,
Can anyone help?
