3 bed in northampton (wanting 3 bed brecon/powys wales)

we are in 3 bed northampton looking to move to 3 bed brecon or surrounding area!

hiya i'm posting this on behalf of a friend (she doesnt have internet) she is looking to move near to us (brecon) either in same town or very near area (no further than 10mile) all she ask is that it is as near to us as possible, has at least 3 bed, reasonable garden and somewhere to park car!

what they have to offer............
they curently live in northampton (apox 70 miles north from london, great for comuters)
3 bed end terrace council property
2 double rooms plus 1 single
front and rear gardens
parking area
upstairs bathroom plus extra downstairs loo
seperate living room and diningroom
kitchen
fully double glazed
close to all amenities eg: schools drs, dentists, shops and retail parks, rail links to london and birmingham etc, 2 mile to m1 for commuters and easy access to heathrow etc for holidays

basically we moved from there a year ago and they would like to join us here as were close friends and our kids miss theirs and vice versa too
their house would be ideal for a family who like the town life and being near amenities, something my friends dont feel esential and would rather be near us in the quiet welsh valleys!

any replies greatfully received they would consider a 3 way exchange but are looking for a quick move preferably b4 xmas, their home check has been done and they just need someone to come forward with a house offer now!
