Next room approx 9 foot, with built in wardrobe & large window.
Smallest room, 10 X 6 foot approx, large window sunny aspect.

GCH, DG, R2B, quiet friendly neighbours.
Very short walk to train station, bus stops, school, local shops.
Secluded beach within 1 mile, ideal for kids or dogs etc.
This is a housing estate which has been divided off into seperate clusters or streets, this area is very quiet & pleasant.
Im looking for a 3 or 4 bed in Lymington or pennington, to move back home closer to aged & unwell parents needing more support, & to be closer to family & friends again.
