we have a lovely large 3 bed HA modern build semi det home with double driveway small fenced front garden large fenced secure back garden with locked gate and slabbed patio and grassed. flooring throughout. 2 double 1 smaller bedrooms, bathroom , large landing and separate airing cupboard. Spindled staircase big hallway front door has separate middle doorway porch type for shoes coats etc. Living room, large dining kitchen new fitted kitchen and flooring with separate utility room for washer and dryer/freezer with storage space and worktop also downstairs toilet and sink Full double glazing and gas central heating. decorated throughout. Housing assoc property on small quiet estate close to all amenities and schools bus routes close to city centre excellent neighbours. we do really like it here but would like a council property for thr rtb one day. The right property has to come along for us to move.

We are looking for a 3 bed minimum o with a decent sized back garden parking optional must be council please in the following areas, Sneinton Bakersfield Carlton, west Bridgford Arnold, Gedling mapperley etc surrounding areas, you never know just ask us!!!

2 properties available as part of a multi we need a 3 bed beeston chilwell or stapleford or poss a large 2 bed if right location or a 3 bed carlton bakersfield areas
