hi we are looking for south wigston/wigston as needing to be back near family due to ill health we have a large 3 bed ,23ft front room ,large kitchen just been refitted with new kitchen and freshly plastered walls ,laminate flooring in front room hallway and one bedroom upstairs ,2 storage cuboards on the landing ,a utility room and downstairs toilet,large front garden and large rear garden with brick shed ,very nice quiet street, close to bus routes, fosse park and schools the house has just had a complete rewire 2 weeks before xmas and not long ago had new central heating sytem and radiators put in it has double glazing throughout ,reasonable size bathroom upstairs email me if need to know eny more large 2 bed would also be considered if was able to split
