3 bed middlesbrough

Hello, we live in a 3 bedroom house in the Bankfields area of Eston Middlesbrough, the house has central heating using an economy 7 boiler.
2 of the bedrooms are doubles with a smaller bedroom and a bathroom/wc upstairs, downstairs has a good sized living room, passageway and largeish kitchen. Front and rear gardens are approx 15x10 feet so easy to maintain. Parking is a few feet away.
Approx 10 minutes walk away is Eston Hills and 15 minutes is Guisborough Forest (in a car ). Schools, shops and other amenities are all 5-10 minutes walk away from were we are and Redcar and Saltburn beaches approx 15-25 minutes away by car.
My wife has a few medical problems so we are looking around the Brotton area or closer to Redcar so that we can be closer to family and friends, although we are willing to look at other areas such as Liverpool and Merseyside as that is were my family are from.
