Hi i have a 2 bedroom semi in a nice quiet grove in Erdington. I t has c/h, d/g, front and rear gardens, which are a good size, but will need attention, as with the decor. I need a 3 bedroom property as i have 3 children and no space at all, would prefer to stay in Erdington as i want to stay close to family, but will consider other areas of Birmingham. Thanks
