3 bed nr St. Austell for Newquay, & surrounding areas...

Hi

I have a 3-bed semi detached house, in the quiet village of Stenalees, which is near St. Austell, Cornwall.

I am looking to swap to anywhere in Newquay, and its surrounding areas, ie;St. Columb Minor, Porth, Quintrel Downs, for family reasons Rolling Eyes

My house is in a quiet cul-de-sac of 12 houses, of which 6 are privately owned. The house has 3 beds, bathroom/toilet, front room, kitchen, sep dining room, back garden, front garden, side patio area, 2 concrete sheds, and a outside wc.

The house would need decorating, but isnt too bad Wink

Neutral colours,laminate flooring throughout, except the kitchen which has a slate floor. The house has economy 7 heating, a woodburner in the kitchen, and a brand new electric fire suite in the front room.

We are near to the primary school, shop/post office and there is also a park near by.

We are on the main bus route, and also the bus for the secondary schools.

I am looking for a 3 bed, with a garden! Smile
