I have a large 3 bed council house in hamworthy, Poole, with fair size garden & rear exit & garage with parking space, front garden is open.
Large living room/diner, with understairs storage, large sunny window.
Large kitchen with modern fixtures, breakfast bar, & large walk in cupboard which will accomadate large freezer & still have spare space.
Newly fitted bathroom, small but functional.
Main bedroom approx 15 x 9 foot, built in wardrobe & seperate airing cupboard, large window, sunny aspect.
Next room approx 9 foot, with built in wardrobe & large window.
Smallest room, 10 X 6 foot approx, large window sunny aspect.
Large loft space.
GCH, DG, R2B, quiet friendly neighbours.
Very short walk to train station, bus stops, school, local shops.
Secluded beach within 1 mile, ideal for kids or dogs etc.
This is a housing estate which has been divided off into seperate clusters or streets, this area is very quiet & pleasant.
Im looking for a 3 or 4 bed in Lymington or pennington, to move back home closer to aged & unwell parents needing more support, & to be closer to family & friends again.

hi we have a large 3 bed semi-detatched house on the out skirts of totton, and we are only a 15 min drive from lymington, we are trying to get back to poole or bournemouth ,to get back home to help with my elderly grandmother who will be 102 this yr and my parents need all the help they can get , if my place is not for you keep me in mind for a multi swap.
