Hello and thanks for looking,

We have a 3 bedroom semi detatched house in Nuneaton that is eligible for the right to buy scheme through Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.

The house consists of 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller room. The bathroom is downstairs with a door separating it from the kitchen. The kitchen leads onto a fairly large living room where we have two 2 seater sofas and a dining table/chairs.

There is a grassy front garden with space for a car too.

The back garden is fairly big (40ft longish) with both a grassy area and a patio area that stretches around the side of the house. There is a new fenc that runs approx 3/5ths of the garden with concrete gravel boards and new panels. Although the top of the garden needs tidying up and the grassy area needs some attention, we have made massive improvements on it sincd we first moved in.

The house is situated near primary schools and has 4 secondary schools in the catchment area. There is a post office/shop and another shop just around the corner.

The area is fairly residential made up of elderly residents. Our neighbours are both elderly as are the neighbours opposite. The streets is regularly cleaned, has a neighbourhood watch scheme and a residents association that is very active (chairman lives next door). There is a park around the corner with other amenities a 10 minute walk away (bowling, restaurants, Odeon cinema).

The town centre is a 15 minute walk with a huge recreational park with museum and 2 supermarkets within a stones throw away. The access to the M6 is superb and great for commuting both to Coventry via the A444, Hinckley via the A5 and also the NEC/Airport in Birmingham. via the M6.

We are looking to move because we would love a change of scenery to the coast. However, if the right property came up elsewhere then we would seriously consider it. We are not timewasters but because of the nice area we live in we are not 100% desperate to move.

If interested, please leave us a message and you will get a prompt reply.

Thanks again,

Vaughan and Leah

Hi there, would you be interested in our 3 bed EOT (flatroof) house in a lovely quiet rural village called Silver End in Essex as part of a multi?

Can send you more information and pictures if interested, hope to hear from you, whatever the outcome, thanks. Stacey.
