3 bed scunthorpe to brigg or surrounding

Hi

I live in 3 bed council property in Sthingyhorpe, North lincs and prefer to stay in area, at this time, altho would consider plymouth!
I have longe 22ft/13ft
kitchen 12/12
dining room, this was the outside shed but we knocked through to make extra room, was used as a 4th bedroom.
obs 3 bedrooms upstirs, toilet and bathroom
garden is 90ft/17ft
drive way is pebbles and room for 2 cars.
