Want to move from down south to the north east(COUNCIL)
I have a 3 bed house(end of terrace), large living room, front and rear gardens, bathroom upstairs, toilet downstairs, fully insulated throughout, central heating throughout also, 2 minutes from local nursery infant and junior sch. 5 minute walk to local shop and 10 minute drive into town or a 15 bus ride, train station is in the town centre also, 30 minute drive into central london, quiet area

| 2 bed semi ryhope 5 miles south of Sunderland. Fully modernised 12 months ago with a new white bathroom suite, kitchen, new heating, windows, all interior and exterior doors done to high standard. Private homes on both sides I am only 1 of 4 homes in street not privately owned. Back not over looked, off road parking. Looking wilts. But will consider any part of the countryside. |
