Hello,
We have a good sized 3 bed corner semi in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffs, ST5 area.
It has full double glazing and full gas central heating. RTB
There is off road parking for 2 vehicles and gardens to front and rear.
The rear garden is enclosed and private and does not back onto any other properties.
The front garden is enclosed also except by access to drive.
Only one neighbour adjoined.
Laminate flooring throughout the downstairs, carpeted upstairs.
Understairs enclosed storage area.
Solid pine internal doors with brass handles.
We have a large lounge/diner and so no seperate lounge and living room.
Security light to rear and front of premises.
Good local amenities and facilities, schools, shops, sport, doctors, chemists, library (with internet access), transport etc. Facilities for boating (canals, reservoir and a lake) and fishing in the surrounding areas.
Most of the houses in our immediate area are private.
Ideal for Birmingham, Manchester or West Midlands Airports. Daytrips to Wales, Blackpool, Alton Towers or Trentham Gardens.
We require a 2 or 3 bed house in a COASTAL AREA.
