Great location (Clennon Area Tq45nx) with seaview across the bay. Very quiet area. Non estate. Private off road parking. The following amenities are on the doorstep; Bus stops, major supermarket/petrol stn, P.O, late shops, leisure centre, schools, doctors, dentists, 2 parks, best blue flag beach in torbay (not in photo`s), further away a walk to the town takes only 15/20 mins. Lounge/diner approx 18`x 12`. Bedroom approx 18`x 9`. Fully tiled shower area over bath. Awaiting fitment (1st wk Nov) of new kitchen which is; Beech base & wall units. Black worktops. Storage heating. Virgin cable & Sky points. Full upvc D/G. Outside storage. Communal gardens. This is a ground floor flat in a purpose built block of 4 (all 1 beds - 2 are privately owned/occupied by 2 mature couples). Apart from a handful of flats (mine being one of them) the rest of the Clennon area is "exclusively" private ownership properties of just houses and bungalows. I`m hoping to move closer to the Cambridgeshire area. As i`m currently nearly 300mls away at the moment, i will consider moving to any area (except Wales or London) that is south of Lincoln and is within 100mls of Cambridgeshire.
