I am seeking a 1 bedroom London for a large 2 bedroom apartment in Norwich in the 'Golden Triangle' in an excellent sought after area. Norwich is 2 hours away from London Liverpool St by train in Norfolk East Anglia.

THE FLAT
I have a very spacious 1st floor apartment, with a balcony, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, hallway and car parking. It is a 5 minute walk to the city centre which is great and 3 minute walk to the newly developed beautiful Chapelfield Mall. Double glazing throughout,central heating,high ceilings, and a very spacious feel. One bedroom has a walk in wardrobe as well. There is road parking, private flats built just opposite due to the demand of the area, and a downstairs shed for storage. The rent is £56 per week, Council tax Band A with RTB. The flat DOES need redecorating in a few rooms but is in great condition as long as you dont mind. Also the Norfolk Council is very generous with accomodation so is great for any future moves or family plans.

The seaside is 30 min by car, 20 minutes to the lovely Norfolk countryside and the train station a 7 min drive. Chapelfield Gardens park is just 1 min away across the road, and theatre royal just 2. So the flat is based in a fantastic position.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
I am moving sadly because I am currently studying in London. I would like somewhere that is no more then a 10 min walk to the underground.
I would preferably like to move to Central or North London preferably Islington Angel,Camden,near Regents park or Hampstead heath but will consider most generally safe areas!. NO brixton,elephant & castle
